Hi,
I’m Andrea (pronounced aun-DRAY-uh), the founder of Eclectic Self Care.
My journey with self care started as a bit of a stumble—I was simply trying to figure out what worked for me. Along the way, I discovered that self care isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s deeply personal. As I explored and embraced a variety of practices that helped me grow and thrive, I realized I wanted to share what I’d learned. Because self care is so much more than a bubble bath or a cup of tea.
It’s whatever brings you peace. Whatever restores, recharges, rejuvenates, and truly makes you feel whole.
That desire to share the wide range of practices that have supported me is what led to the creation of Eclectic Self Care.
